Preamble
Why this document exists
We, the founding members of SSAVN Community, recognise that meaningful collective work requires a shared foundation — of values, expectations, and processes that everyone agrees to uphold.
This Constitution is that foundation. It is not a rulebook designed to restrict, but a framework designed to enable. It protects every member's dignity, ensures fairness, and creates the conditions for genuine collaboration and growth.
"To create a balanced and progressive society where individuals live with purpose, financial stability, meaningful relationships, and inner peace."
